Job Description:
We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and technically skilled professional to serve as our PowerSchool Scheduling & Data Systems Coordinator. This role is responsible for building and maintaining the master schedule using PowerScheduler, enrolling students in classes, and ensuring accuracy in student records and reporting. The coordinator will collaborate closely with the NOVA coordinator to resolve reporting errors and manage compliance requirements.

Key responsibilities include designing and maintaining custom object reports for report cards, attendance, and grade tracking; building and updating transcripts; and creating and assigning graduation plans. In addition, this position will support other database-related duties, including content management system (CMS) updates and assisting with social media data and reporting needs.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated expertise in PowerSchool SIS (admin and backend/database functions)
  • Experience with PowerScheduler for building master schedules
  • Ability to design and generate custom reports for grades, attendance, and transcripts
  • Familiarity with NOVA reporting systems and compliance requirements
  • Experience with CMS platforms and social media data/reporting tools
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

This position plays a critical role in supporting academic operations, communications, and ensuring accurate, timely, and actionable data for staff, administrators, and families.
